Detached house with a pool at the top of a hill overlooking the sea, for a client who works primarily from home. The programme is distributed across three volumes, each with a distinct orientation to better adapt to the geometry of the plot. The north volume, developed over two floors, contains the bedrooms and the study — a room of particular importance to the client, positioned to take advantage of the sea views. The south volume, single-storey and facing the garden and pool, contains the living areas. The central volume is a double-height glazed space that articulates the other two.
