House for a retired couple, located in Castelldefels, a small coastal city near Barcelona. From the site, perched on a steep hillside, there are sweeping views over the Mediterranean Sea. The house responds directly to the clients' requirements: warm, modern and compact. All the main rooms face south, opening onto the views and capturing as much natural light as possible, and are organised around a traditional Finnish fireplace.
