This is the third project carried out for one of the houses forming part of the ensemble known as "Cases d'en Maurí", included in the special protection plan for the historic, architectural and environmental heritage of Terrassa. The renovation enhances the original elements of the house, seeking maximum light and visual transparency. The works comprise a complete renewal of all existing finishes and services while — unlike the renovation of another house in the group carried out in 2007 — preserving the original layout. The relationship between kitchen, living room and courtyard on the ground floor is strengthened, while the upper floor is organised as the sleeping area with three bedrooms and a bathroom. The original floor beams on the ground floor and the vaulted ceiling on the upper floor are two of the standout features. Surface area: 124 m².
