The project occupies a rectangular plot with a gentle slope, situated outside the town centre. The house is organised in an L-shape, open to the south, maximising the garden area and providing access to the building through it, while leaving a more compact, functional zone to the north for vehicle access. The north and side elevations are closed, built in prefabricated concrete with small, carefully positioned openings that control views. The south-facing elevations are resolved with large glazed surfaces opening onto the private garden, protected from solar radiation by sliding louvred panels. Flat, terraced roofs are conceived as an extension of the interior. The ground floor contains all daytime and shared spaces, each oriented towards the garden and organised around a central bar counter — the social heart of the house, reflecting the clients' close ties to the hospitality world. Surface area: 303 m².
