Renovation of a mid-terrace dwelling in the historic centre of Terrassa, forming part of the ensemble known as "Cases d'en Maurí", included in the special plan for the protection of the historic, architectural and environmental heritage of the city. The project aimed to improve the conditions of use and habitability by modifying the floor plan layout and fully renewing all existing finishes and services. The intervention enhances the original elements of the house, seeking maximum light and visual transparency throughout. Surface area: 142 m².
