A mid-terrace house in the centre of Cardedeu, within a protected urban setting. The plot, accessed from two streets, was occupied by a building in near-ruin. The main façade was restored, and various elements of the original house — joinery, interior stone walls — were incorporated into the new structure, preserving the character of the old building within its new context. An interior garden connects the main building to the rear construction, which includes a sunny porch and a garage with capacity for future expansion.
